WORK

Videos for early-stage SaaS, AI, and fintech startups, in English or Arabic. They show what your software does in seconds, with music, sound design, and every format you need.

FINTECH · REMITTANCE·0:23

Kandil: a website hero that switches to Arabic

A 23-second hero video for a fictional money-transfer app. The camera moves over the page: an amount is typed, the rate locks, and one click turns the whole page into right-to-left Arabic, in place. Then night mode, the tracking lantern fills, and the page flips back to English. Built for teams launching in the Gulf and the US at the same time.

AI AGENT LAUNCH·0:30

Solenne: AI inbox and ops agent

A 30-second launch video for an AI agent that clears inbox and ops work. The agent is drawn as one line of amber light: it reads, does the work, asks before it acts, then draws the logo. No voiceover. Motion, text, and sound tell the story.

INTERACTIVE UI·19s

Orbit: a money recap you can drag

A monthly recap card for a fictional finance app, built as one Rive file. Drag the chart or tap the arrows: numbers count to new values, bars spring to new heights, and the mascot’s mood follows the savings. The bars are drawn from bound data, so one file works on phone and desktop.

SAAS DASHBOARD·12s loop

Revlane: a revenue dashboard that tells its story

A 12-second loop for a fictional revenue-analytics tool. Numbers count up, bars rise one by one, a trend line draws across them, and a “New record” alert lands just before the cursor opens Sunday’s tooltip. Every move hits a beat, and it reads with the sound off.

LANDING-PAGE HERO·7s loop

Sondry: a hero that shows the product working

An animated hero for a fictional customer-feedback tool. Feedback cards arrive, sort themselves into themes, and one insight surfaces in a 7-second loop. The headline settles first, so the page reads while it moves. Real HTML and CSS, not a video: under 18 KB, and it respects reduced-motion settings.

RIVE CHARACTER·live demo

Pip’s Wardrobe: a mascot you can dress up

An original bird built as one Rive file. One skeleton drives four animations, and nine wearables in four slots ride on the bones, so new items never need new animation. Color and pattern come from the view model, five expressions blend over any move, and every tap is a property your app can also set in code.

MOBILE APP ONBOARDING·9.6s loop

Wayfolk: onboarding that opens like a portal

Three onboarding screens for a fictional weekend-plans app. Pick what you’re into, see tonight’s picks, and tap one: the card opens from where you touched, the title travels with it, and the feed falls out of focus. Real HTML and CSS you can tap on a phone, with a one-page handoff table of every duration and easing curve.

ABOUT

Leo Reed

I'm Leo, a motion designer for SaaS and AI startups. I turn your product into short videos that explain it fast, and you work directly with me, from the first storyboard to the final file. Every project here is a self-initiated piece I made on my own for a fictional brand, so you can see how I work before you hire me.

Jitter Expert, verified on Contra

How I work

I work in writing: briefs by email or Loom, review links with timestamped notes, no calls needed. 50% to start, refundable until you approve the storyboard, and 50% before final files. Two revision rounds. You own the final video once it's paid.

Before you ask

FAQ

01

Do I own the video?

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the final video is yours to use anywhere: site, ads, socials, investor decks.

02

What do you need from me?

Screens or a Figma file, your logo and colors, and any videos you like. Only have the idea? I’ll draft the script and storyboard, and you approve before I animate.

03

How do payments work?

50% to start, 50% before the final files. The deposit is fully refundable until you approve the storyboard. Quotes and invoices in USD.

04

Can I get vertical versions?

Yes. 9:16 and square cutdowns for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and ads can be added to any project.

05

Are these client projects?

Every piece here is a self-initiated project for a fictional brand, labeled as such. Yours will be built from your real screens and brand.

06

Do we need a call?

No. I work async: a written plan, a storyboard, and a review link with comments on the timeline. Calls are optional.

07

What files do I get?

A full-quality master, a web-ready MP4, a GIF for loops, and the project files on request.

08

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes, a standard NDA is fine. Without one, I may show the finished video in my portfolio.
